The City of Lander Administration consists of the Mayor and Council, City Clerk, City Treasurer, Police Chief, Public Works, City Attorney, City Judge and City Fire Chief. The City of Lander Mayor and Council have meetings every Tuesday. Regular meetings are scheduled for the second and fourth Tuesday of each month starting at 6:00 p.m. Work meetings are scheduled for the first, third and fifth Tuesday of each month.

HOUSING AUTHORITY
The City of Lander Housing Authority meetings the third Thursday of each month
at 7:00 am at City Hall. The City of Lander Housing Authority manages
senior citizen low income housing and investigates low income housing opportunities.

PARKS & RECREATION COMMISSION
The City of Lander Parks and Recreation Commission acts as the advisory committee for all the City of Lander parks and recreation programs. They oversee the general day to day functions and plan future projects.

PLANNING COMMISSION
The City of Lander Planning Commission also serves as the zoning board – Board of Adjustment. The Board of Adjustment meets the second Thursday of each month 6:30 p.m. at City Hall and the Planning Commission meets the fourth Thursday of each month at 6:30 p.m.

The City of Lander Planning Commission make recommendations to the Mayor and City Council concerning new subdivisions, annexations, requests for water and sewer, and street and alley vacation requests.
The City of Lander Board of Adjustment acts as the zoning board. This board makes decisions on variance requests, conditional use requests and home occupation requests
